Hello once again dear peeps in Blogland.
We is Samson and Delilah. We were once called Hamsters, then Guinea Pigs, then Ferrets, then Puppies but now we is called Minions. We don’t know what is Minions. We live in a house in sunny Corfu with an old lady called the Missus who follows us around with a mop and bucket all day. Well not all day, just most of the day. She spends a lot of time ‘puterising on somfink called the Inty-Net. The Inty-Net must be very naughty because she shouts and screams at it a lot, not like us, we is good and she cubbles us and sings to us (groan). When she is ‘puterising she strokes this revolting black and grey mouse. We have no idea why the mouse gets more attention than we do. It is bald and has no fur and isn’t cute like us, but she seems to love it with her life. So we is jealous of the mouse and would gladly destroy it given a chance.
When she mops up after us we likes to play with the mop and try to catch it, but she is too quick for us. She puts the mop back in the water in the bucket then twizzles it round in a basket fing wot is at the top of the bucket then leaves the mop there to drain. The other day Delilah found that she could reach up to the mop and pull one of the ribbon things out that the mop was made of. That gave us an idea. So when the missus was busy ‘puterising we snuck up and took the mop away and played with it a bit and pulled all the ribbons out and scattered them around all over the floor. She wos so busy with the ‘puter and stroking that infernal mouse that she didn’t notice until the handle of the mop crashed on the floor and we all ran away. She was not amused, growled at us, and said we were all as naughty as the Minions and now she would have to see a lady called Diella to get a new mop. Well that stopped her stroking that mouse. For a while anyway.
