Hello super chums out in Blogland,
we is Samson an Delilah wot is Wombles that live on the island of Corfu in the beautiful blue Ioanian sea. We wos Hamsters, then Guinea Pigs, then Ferrets, then Minions, now we is Wombles. We don’t know wot is a Womble. We is still trying to work on the escape tunnel but has lost direction a bit on account of us sleeping a lot. Due to the hoomans not being ‘lowed out eny more, they is getting a lot of recyling stuff ‘cos the Green spots are closed. We don’t know wot is a Green Spot neiver. The Missus got fed up with the over flowing bin so she grumbled a lot. The Boss wosn’t very happy about it neiver ‘cos he got the job of smashing all the hundreds of empty dog food tins wiv a hammer so they wos small and crushed so pussy cats can’t get stuck in ‘em. Only after the Missus had put them in the dishy-washer of course as the lady at the Green Spot told her she must wash the tins propa. She ses she is getting like Hyacinth Bucket from the telly. We knows wot is a Bucket as the missus carries one around all day, but not a Hyacinth. Luna got very excited about the prospect of doing sumfink good for the ‘vironment, and so set about recycling all the plastic bottles, tetra pacs and enyfink else we could get hold of, an we helped her. So we is expert at recyling now and we fink we is called Wombles cos we make good use of the things that we find, things that the every day folk leave behind. The Missus ses that there is a road named after us in San Diego it’s on the corner by Trader Joes where they used to go shopping.
