Once agen dear followers in Facebookland we is Luna an’ Delilah wot are confoosed doggies living on the beautiful island of Corfu which is in Greece. Super hoomans! Wot is that about? We is not understanding. The uvva day on the TV was an ordinary man wot wen he lost his temper he got all big an’ green. He had to lern not to lose his temper. Why??? Wen we is playing around an’ one of us nips the uvva we loses our temper and bites back an then we lerns how far we can go wivout hurting each uvva. Wot is ‘rong with being big an’ green? Here in Corfu we have big bugs wot are green called crickets. We likes to play wiv crickets. They jump, so we puts our paw behind the cricket an it jumps and we’re clever enuff to put another paw in front just to stop it jumping too far. Algy an Bertie used to play cricket a lot wen they were little too. They finks they is too grown up to play it now. Sumtimes Luna eats the crickets wen they stop jumping. They don’t wiggle inside her much to our surprise. One day The Boss sed put that poor creature out of its misery to the Missus wen we were playing cricket so she squished it on the floor and green stuff came out. Perhaps crickets are aliens from space? We hears there is a game of Cricket that hoomans play. It is the national game of Corfu. There is a lovely green cricket pitch here in Corfu wot hoomans play on. We hasn’t seen them play but we is thinking that they must somehow get a big cricket and frow it at each uvva and try to make it jump then they chase after it, so they score runs. We knows that it is normally on the TV but due to lockdown hoomans can’t play cricket no more, so we can’t verify for sure that is how hoomans play cricket. This pic is wen we is wotching cricket on TV.
Back to superhoomans. Sumtimes they is borned in space an come to earth and then are very strong or can fly wivout wings. Wot is that about? Surely if hoomans can fly they need wings? We have already seen that hoomans have hairyplanes wot are made out of thin metal and then hundreds of peeps squeeze into those hairyplanes to fly to Corfu so they can have a holiday here in the sun. So we guess we is lucky living in Corfu.
Even little hoomans try to imagine they are superhoomans too. They dress up as Spiderman or Superman and travel round in Tardis’s. Who is that about? Why is it hoomans need these super beings? Wot is the point?
We has tried to imagine wot it would be like to be super dogs. We could fly over Corfu and poop on peeps we don’t like. We could go up the top of the mountain an’ jump off an fly enywhere we liked wiv our ears flying out behind us. We could fly up in the air an catch flutterbyes. Luna spends a lot of her time chasing flutterbyes. She hasn’t caught one yet, but is perfecting her jumps. If she could fly she would catch them, no problem. Samson who has now left us has an idea he could be bat dog. Every evening a tiny little mouse wiv wings wot hoomans call a bat flies over our house. Samson finks he could be a bat an fly over our house in the evening. He is not understanding why these is only flying at night. They makes these noises wen they fly wot we can hear but hoomans can’t. These noises help them see in the dark. We can see in the dark and don’t need to make no noises, so we could be good at flying at night. The Missus sez she has seen a bat dog on the ‘puter so she will show you wot it looks like. He looks mean an evil an she sez that Sammy is not evil so he would look cute as a bat dog*.
Enyway, we sez “Hi” to any superhoomans reading our blog and sends our licks to them.
