Hi to all our fans out in Blogland,
we is Samson and Delilah wot is living on the friendly lovely island of Corfu, in a little house on the side of a hill with 4 other dogs of different shapes and sizes. Oh and plus 2 hoomans. We have made annuva discovery, an we are quite excited about this. We have been digging an escape tunnel with the help of Flo the big dog wot is waiting to go to Britten, but now we find we don’t need to escape. We just need to be adopted. Just so you know, we fink we will be medium size but no one really knows, we have had all our 'jections, wormy pills, and flea and tick nasty stuff on our fur, and are very good and well behaved, most of the time. We luvs cuddles, and like to fall asleep on the laps of peeple. We would make lovely pets- honest we would. You see we wos wondring how we got our names, and it terns out they are only temprary names until we find a forever family. Wen we do, that family will then give us their special name that meens we will be theirs forever and ever. Like Luna. Her temprary name wos Gretel then her new family called her Luna after the Harry Potter girl. We don’t know wot is a Harry Potter. The Missus ses she fort of our names when she was feeding us one night wiv a bottle and we kept choking on the milk and she fort we would not live. She was finking that she needed to make us strong and brave so she chose the name Samson cos he was a very strong man, and having a strong name might make us live. That seems to have worked. The story is that Samson had a beautiful girlfriend called Delilah. She was a Femme Fatale. We don’t know wot is a Femme. Delilah wos nasty to Samson and cruel and hurt him a lot, so we wondered why The Missus called Delilah after that horrid lady. The Missus ses because she likes Tom Jones. Wot is that about?
So pleese if you would like to adopt us, let us know, but the Missus sez that “due to the current circumstances it might be some time before we can travel”. Wot is she on about?
